It is no secret that we have seen unprecedented demand for housing in Texas over the past year. Driven by extremely low interest rates and families relocating to Texas, coupled with the ongoing pandemic and the increased interest to change living situations, it has been a challenging year for homebuilders across the country. 

We temporarily paused sales to help better serve our buyers and determine what the market held for our building materials, but we are excited to announce that we will be opening sales to the public on September 10, 2021.
