If that’s the case, the next step will be contacting one of our team members and begin talking through the details of what you’re looking for in a home.
Two Building Plans
Your BOYL sales professional will assist you in determining if we’re the best builder to help make your dream of building a home on your property a reality. This will include finding a floor plan that best fits your needs as well as an assessment of your property. The property assessment involves visiting your property and coming up with an estimate for site costs, building pad requirements, clearing the property, as well as several other items. Each property is unique, and our goal is to get a feel for what’s required to build on your property and avoid future surprises.
At this stage, we will be happy to assist you with securing financing options for the construction of your new home. Once that’s complete, we will move forward with a contract and set up a time for you to visit our design center to make the remaining selections for your new build.
