If you are experiencing an urgent issue with your home, such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical issues, please refer to the emergency contacts for your community. An emergency contact list can also be found on the cabinet door underneath your kitchen sink.

For all other non-emergency issues, please submit a service request to our Customer Service team through our online portal at any time. Our team is dedicated to providing the best possible service and ensuring that your concerns are resolved in a timely manner.
During the 1-year warranty period for your home, there may be non-emergency issues that arise. Please note that for these requests, we have designated specific times during the warranty period when they can be submitted:
- 60 Days After close
- 6 Months After close
- 11 Months After close
This allows us to effectively manage and address warranty items throughout the year. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in following these guidelines.
