This promotion is valid only for contracts signed between July 18, 2024, and September 30, 2024. The $10,000 incentive is applicable solely in the following communities: Berkshire Estates, Ridge Park Estates, Las Brisas at Stoney Creek, and Stone Eagle. The incentive can be applied towards the sales price, home upgrades, closing costs, or buying down the interest rate, as specified by the buyer.
