If you are infected with COVID-19, or a person in your home is infected, we will not enter your home.
Kindred Homes will ensure your warranty issues are resolved as soon as it's safe for our employees and subcontractors to enter your home. If your home is free of COVID-19, our employees and subcontractors will be able to work inside your home and must comply with social distancing guidelines during interaction with you. If you suspect an employee or subcontractor is sick upon arrival, please feel free to reschedule your warranty appointment.
